CORRECTIONS
SAT-STA-20170921-00135 S2972 Intelsat License LLC
On February 22, 2018, the Satellite Division corrected and reissued the grant stamp for this application that was originally issued on
October 2, 2017. The original grant stamp contained a condition stating that: "The U.S. Administration does not consent to use of the
Intelsat 37e space station operations herein authorized for claiming bringing into use or continuing the use of frequency assignments."
This condition was removed and no longer applies to the grant of this application or subsequent requests for extension of the grant, and is
replaced by a new condition stating that the U.S. Administration will not object to the use of Intelsat 37e by the Administration of Papua
New Guinea to bring into use or continuing use of orbital assignments at the 85º E.L. orbital location.
