Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

On November 9, 2016, the Satellite Division granted the request of DG Consents Sub, Inc. to extend the launch and operation milestone deadline
for the WorldView-4 space station from November 10, 2016, to November 24, 2016. The request was based on unforeseen circumstances
beyond the control of DG Consents that postponed several planned launches of WorldView 4 prior to November 10, 2016, including technical
problems with the launch vehicle and wildfires near the launch site.

Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

On November 17, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for
its Galaxy 11 space station to specify operations at the 44.9° E.L. orbital location, instead of Galaxy 11's currently authorized location of 55.6°
W.L. Intelsat was authorized to provide fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 11 at 44.9° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425
 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands. Intelsat was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations to maintain Galaxy 11 at 44.9° E.L. using the
following center frequencies: 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space).

(Earth-to-space), 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 28.1-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat was also authorized to continue
to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 33e at the 59.55º E.L. orbital location during in-orbit
testing, and to effect the drift of Intelsat 33e to the 60.0º E.L. orbital location upon completion of in-orbit testing, using the following center
 frequencies: 4197.25 MHz, 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25MHz, and 4198.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6422.0 MHz, 6424.5 MHz, 5850.5 MHz, and
