 On August 31, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Terra Bella Technologies Inc.(formerly Skybox Imaging, Inc.)
 to construct, deploy, and operate 12 additional Earth Exploration Satellite Service space stations, SkySat-4 through SkySat-15, to transmit
 telemetry signals and remote-sensing data in the 8025-8400 MHz frequency band (space-to-Earth) from circular orbits with altitudes from 400 to
 630 km, depending on the launch vehicle used, and with inclination ranging between 97 and 97.9 degrees, and to receive command signals in the
 2025-2110 MHz band (Earth-to-space).

 On August 31, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Telesat International Limited's request to add the Telstar 19V satellite at the
 63° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Permitted Space Station List for the 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0-14.25 GHz
 (Earth-to-space), 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.35-28.6 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
 Telstar 19V is also granted U.S. Market Access in the 13.8-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.5-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 18.8-19.3 GHz
 (space-to-Earth), 27.6-28.35 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telstar 19V will operate under the
 Administrations of Brazil and the United Kingdom: Brazil for Ka-band frequencies in Brazil; Brazil for Ku-band frequencies; and the United
 Kingdom, on behalf of the Isle of Man, for Ka-band frequencies outside of Brazil.

 On September 1, 2016, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180
 days to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from the 60.1° E.L. orbital
 position, first to the 45.0° E.L. orbital position, and then to the 44.9° E.L. orbital location, and to maintain it at these locations using the
 following center frequencies: 14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and (2)
 provide fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 11 in the 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth)
 frequency bands first at the 45.0° E.L. orbital location, and then during the drift to, and upon arrival at, the 44.9° E.L. orbital location.

On August 29, 2016, 95 License Subsidiary, LLC surrendered its August 30, 2011 authorization to construct, launch, and operate a 17/24
GHz Broadcasting-Satellite Service space station (Call Sign S2795) at the 95.15° W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.8 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and the 24.75-25.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Letter from David Wilson, Chairman and CEO Spectrum
Five LLC, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC (dated Aug. 29, 2016). These frequencies at the 95.15° W.L. orbital location are now
available for reassignment pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process, effective 2:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday,
Sept. 6, 2016. At that time, applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by non-U.S. licensed space stations,
modifications to licensed space stations, or amendments to pending applications taking this announcement into account. Applications for
the spectrum filed prior to this date and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to refiling.
