 Grant of Authority                                                                                                Effective Date:    07/23/2015



 On July 23, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the applications of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, to continue to conduct in-orbit
 testing of the DIRECTV 15 satellite (Call Signs S2930 and S2712) for a period of 30 days using the following frequency bands: 24.75-25.15
 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.29 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 17.3-17.7 GHz, 18.3-18.59 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth). DIRECTV is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the DIRECTV 15
 satellite to the 102.75° W.L. orbital location upon completion of in-orbit testing.
