 On May 21, 2015, the International Bureau granted, with conditions, authority to Intelsat License LLC to construct, launch, and operate a
 geostationary orbit space station, to be known as Intelsat 29e, at the 50.0º W.L. orbital location. Intelsat is authorized to operate Intelsat 29e at
 the 50.0º W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Services in the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
 5850-5925 MHz (Earth-to-space), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 6425-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.7-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-11.95 GHz (space-to-Earth),
 11.95-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.2-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space),
 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.3-17.55 GHz (Earth-to-space), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). In
 addition, Intelsat is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 3701.25 MHz,
 3701.75 MHz, 3702.25 MHz, or 3702.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5850.5 MHz, 5853 MHz, 6422 MHz, or 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 On May 20, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, to construct, launch and operate a
 geostationary orbit space station, to be known as DIRECTV 15 at the 102.75° W.L. orbital location. DIRECTV is authorized to operate the
 DIRECTV 15 space station at the 102.75° W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed-Satellite Service, including direct-to-home services, in the
 following frequency bands: 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.29 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 18.3-18.59 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth). DIRECTV is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain DIRECTV 15 at
 the 102.75° W.L. orbital location at the edges of the 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.30 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
 DIRECTV is granted a waiver of Section 25.283(c) in connection with its request.

 Nature of Service:       Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


 On May 21, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, modification of the authorization of SES Americom, Inc. for its
 geostationary-satellite orbit AMC-7 space station to specify authorization of AMC-7 at the 135° W.L. orbital location, rather than at its
 previously authorized location of 137° W.L. SES Americom is authorized to conduct Telemetry, Tracking, and Command operations necessary
 to drift AMC-7 to, and maintain it at, the 135º W.L. orbital position using center frequencies located at 3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (horizontal
 and vertical polarization), and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space; horizontal and vertical polarization). SES Americom is also authorized to provide
 Fixed-Satellite Service at 135° W.L., including direct-to-home services, in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In addition, SES Americom's request to extend the license term of AMC-7 to October 25, 2018, is granted.

SAT-MOD-20140321-00032                  S2912            Planet Labs Inc.
The Satellite Division has determined that Planet Labs Inc. has met the fifth and final milestone condition (bring all of the authorized
satellites into operation) associated with the authorization for its Flock 1b and Flock 1c non-geostationary orbit satellites, Call Sign S2912.
The Satellite Division previously determined that Planet Labs had met the first four milestones for this constellation. Accordingly, Planet
Labs may release the bond associated with Call Sign S2912, as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing
Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, IB Docket No. 02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003);
Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order,
IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004), 47 C.F.R. § 25.165(d).
