The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Modification


 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC seeks to modify its authorization for the DIRECTV RB-2 space station in the 17/24 GHz Broadcasting-Satellite
 Service to conform to the specifications of the satellite currently under construction. DIRECTV RB-2 is authorized to operate at the 102.825°
 W.L. orbital location using the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. DIRECTV requests to
 modify the orbital location of DIRECTV RB-2 from 102.825° W.L. to 102.75° W.L., and to change the telemetry, tracking, and command
 frequencies from the 17/24 GHz BSS band to the following Ka-band frequencies: 29502.5 GHz, 29505.9 GHz, 20198.5 GHz, and 20199.5 GHz.
 DIRECTV seeks a waiver of Section 25.114(c)(4)(vi) of the Commission's rules.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List


 Hispasat, S.A. seeks a declaratory ruling to add the Amazonas-1 space station at the 55.5° W.L. orbital location to the Commission's Ku-band
 Permitted Space Station List. Hispasat requests U.S. market access to provide Fixed-Satellite Service in the 11.7-11.83 GHz, 11.95-12.20 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.125 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Hispasat also seeks U.S. market access in the 13.75-14.0 GHz
 frequency bands via Amazonas-1 at 55.5° W.L.

 The call sign assigned to this application at the time of filing, S2927, has been changed to S2622, the call sign assigned to the Amazonas-1 space
 station as part of its prior grant of market access at the 36° W.L. orbital location. See IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20130430-00064.
