    Answer to Question 11:

SOFTBANK Mobile Corp. is the surviving entity following a pro forma
transfer of control whereby SOFTBANK Telecom Corp. was merged into
SOFTBANK Mobile Corp. In turn, SOFTBANK Mobile Corp. is a 100% owned
subsidiary of SOFTBANK Corp. (“SOFTBANK”). SOFTBANK is organized under
the laws of Japan and provides comprehensive information technology, network
infrastructure, digital platform and contents services. The address of SOFTBANK is

The only person or entity that directly or indirectly owns ten percent or
more of SOFTBANK’s equity is Masayoshi Son, a Japanese citizen whose
principal business is serving as SOFTBANK’s President and Chief Executive
Officer. Mr. Son’s address is Tokyo Shiodome Bldg., 1-9-1, Higashi-Shimbashi,
    Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-7303.

1The Parties note that on May 9, 2013, the FCC was notified by letter that Japan Telecom America, Inc.,
the holder of the subject Section 214 authorizations at the time, had formally changed its name to
SOFTBANK Telecom America Corp. (See Letter from Joseph A. Godles, Counsel, to Marlene H.
Dortch, Secretary, submitted in IBFS.) In that same notification, SOFTBANK Telecom America
requested that the International Bureau update the IBFS records for each of the Section 214
authorizations to reflect its new name. The IBFS records for the subject Section 214 authorizations
continue to show the former name of the entity.

                                                    1

Answer to Question 12:

SOFTBANK Mobile Corp. does not have any interlocking directorates with
a foreign carrier.

Answer to Question 13:

On April 1, 2015, SOFTBANK Telecom Corp. was merged into SOFTBANK
Mobile Corp., which is wholly owned by SOFTBANK.

SOFTBANK Telecom America, which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of
the former SOFTBANK Telecom Corp., is now (as a result of the merger) a wholly-
