ITC—T/C—20130912—00242 (e—file) Application for consent to transfer the control of Epsilon Telecommunications (US) Pte. Ltd. (holder of ITC—214—20110316—00077) to Andreas Hipp, an Austrian citizen. This transfer was completed on May 2012, without the Commission‘s authorization. ITC—STA—20130912—00258 (e—file) Application for Special Temporary Authority to transfer the control of Epsflon Telecommunications (US) Pte. Ltd. to Andreas Hipp while its underlying application (ITC—T/C—20130912—00242) is pending. ITC—T/C—20130912—00243 (e—file) Application for consent to transfer the control of Epsilon Telecommunications (US) Pte. Ltd. (holder of ITC—214—20110316—00077) from Andreas Hipp to Epsilon Global Communications Pte. Ltd.(transferee), which is located in Singapore. The transferee is 37.53% owned by a British Virgin Islands company, which is 100% owned by a Hong Kong company, which is 100% owned by a Cook Island‘s company. A citizen of the United Kingdom owns 16.83% of the transferee. Further, the transferee is 18.77% owned by a British Virgin Islands company. If we do not hear from you by Noon October 23, 2013, regarding the Section 214 applications, we will assume that you do not have any concerns with these applications

and these applications will be auto—granted on October 25, 2013 per Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.12.
