(Transferee). All sam Fiber is a licensee of the AmeriCan—1 cable, which is operated on a non—com n carrier basis between the United States and Canada. Transferee is a company organized under the laws of Canada and is :adquartered in Canada. 8312168 Canada, Inc. is a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Ac ero Capital Investments Holdings, S.a.r.1. ("Accelero Capital Investments"), a1 xembourg limited liability company. Accelero Capital Investments, in turn, is a whol awned subsidiary of Accelero Capital Holdings, S.a.r.l. ("Accelero Capital Holdings"), : > a Luxembourg limited liability company. The above—referenced application has been filed pursuant to the provisions of the Cable Landing License Act, 47 U.S.C. §§ 34—39, section 1.767 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.767, and Executive Order No. 10530, § 5(a) (May 10, 1954), reprinted as amended in 3 U.S.C. § 301. The applicants have certified that on June 6, 2013, they have served copies of the application to the Department of State, NTTA, and DOD as required by the Commission‘s rules 47 C.F.R. §1.767 (j).
