(“Intermedia”), and pursuant to staff request, this letter provides further information concerning Astound Broadband LLC, (“Astound”). Consistent with DA 12-1090, Intermedia understands that Astound is a triple play provider based in Washington State, that holds authority to provide competitive local exchange, long distance, and wholesale telecommunications services in California, Oregon, and Washington, and has also received authority to provide such services in Maryland as of July 2012.
