International Section 214 Transfer of Control Notification Attachment 1 Page 1 of 1 Lead Notification Information This Notification is one of a group of notifications being filed in connection with the pro forma transfer of control of all the licenses and authorizations held by T-Mobile USA, Inc. and its subsidiaries from Deutsche Telekom AG (“DT”) to DT. The Applicants have designated the notification being filed concurrently for the pro forma transfer control of T-Mobile USA, Inc.’s international Section 214 authorizations, File Nos. ITC-214- 20061004-00452, ITC-214-19960930-00473, and ITC-214-20120301-00067, as the lead international Section 214 pro forma notification for the transaction. Accordingly, the Applicants hereby incorporate by reference Attachments 1 and 3 of the lead notification.
