As noted in its request for Special Temporary Authorization (File No. ITC-STA-214-20110826-00283, granted August 30, 2011), Twin Lakes Communications, Inc. acknowledges that grant of the STA does not prejudice any action the Commission may take on its underlying application for permanent authorization, the instant application, or subsequent enforcement action by the Commission.
