The Commission consented to the transaction on March 18, 2011 (see Public Notice Report No. TEL—01489, DA No. 11—544 (rel. Mar. 24, 2011). CornerStone hereby reports that the consummation of the transaction occurred on April 12, 2011, but, unfortunately, the company inadvertently overlooked the 30—day filing period for the instant consummation notice.
