("Stratos Communications") hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation on December 11, 2007 of a transfer of control involving Domestic Section 214 authority and the following International Section 214 authorizations held by Stratos Communications: File Nos. ITC—214—19980828—00591, ITC—214—19980326—00205, ITC—214—19980121—00028, ITC—214—20010220— 00657, ITC—MOD—20040624—00241 {associated with ITC—214—20000426—00773). The above—referenced transfer of control application was granted as part of the Commission‘s Order in In the Matter ofStratos Global Corporation, Transferor and Robert M. Franklin, Transferee, Memorandum Opinion and Order and Declaratory Ruling, FCC 07—213 (Dec. 7, 2007)("Order"). In addition to this Title II authority held by Stratos Communications, this Consummation Notice is intended to cover Title II authority that has been issued to Stratos Communications by the Commission during the pendencyof the above referenced transfer of control application, including the special temporary authority granted in File Nos. ITC—STA—20070907—00367 and ITC—STA—20070904— 00357. A letter pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.65 will also be submitted to update the files associated with this special temporary authority.
