Please be advised that due to some technical difficulties and some drafting errors the Letter of Deferral was filed more than once. An Errata memorializing these technical difficulties and errors was filed today. The Letter of Deferral was first filed with an incorrect date "July 2006" which was then corrected with the second filing with "December 19, 2006". Additionally, the Department of Justice was mistakenly omitted from the first filing and was then corrected by being included in the second filing. The confirmation for the first filing with the incorrect date and omitted DOJ is #20061219101663 (attachment CONFIRM12192006). The confirmation for the secondfiling which corrected the mistakes contained within the first filing is #20061219807777 (attachment CONFIRM12192006a). Finally,.the confirmation number for the Errata notice that was filed today, which memorialized these occurrences, is #20061220887564 (attachment.CONFIRM 5 ooraie 12192006b).
