Wu Transferee, Fred Liao File No. ITC—T/C—20050726—00287 Transferor, Application for Authority Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, to Transfer Control of Authorized International and Domestic Carrier AMENDMENT TO APPLICATION FOR NUNC PRO TUNC APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF CONTROL On July 26, 2005, Guam Wireless Telephone Company, LLC ("Guam Wireless") filed an Application for Nunc Pro Tunc Approval of Transfer of Control ("Application") with the Commission. The Application requested nunc pro tunc approval for a transfer control between Fred Liao and Overland Company Inc., transferors, and John K. Wu and the Wu family, transferees. This transfer of control occurred on November 25, 2000. On August 8, 2005, Susan O‘Connell of the Policy Division of the Commuission‘s International Bureau, contacted counsel for Guam Wireless and indicated that nunc pro tunc approval could not be granted. Ms. O‘Connell requested that Guam Wireless amend the Application to remove the request for nunce pro tunc approval of the transfer of control. Thus, Guam Wireless hereby amends the Application to remove its request for nune pro tunc approval of the November 25, 2000 transfer of control. Guam Wireless acknowledges that,
