("KDDA") hereby notifies the Commission that the transfer of control of the Section 214 authorizations (FCC File Nos. ITC—98—503, ITC— 98—326, ITC—98—124, ITC—97—096, ITC—97—098, ITC—97—047, ITC—98—125, ITC—97—635, and I—T—C—95—481) of KDDA to DDI Corporation was consummated on October 1, 2000, following Commission approval of the transaction (see FCC Public Notice, DA No. 00—2150, ITC—T/C—20000727—00498 (Sept. 21, 2000)). In addition, pursuant to Section 63.21(;) of the Commission‘s Rules, KDDA has changed its name to KDDI America, Inc.
