Date: 04‘" October 2018 BEFORE THE FEFERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION WASHINGTON DC 20554 In the Matter of Riva FZC RE: Application for extension of special temporary authority ITC—STA— 20171207—00220 APPLICATION Riva FZC ("Riva" or "Applicant"), hereby request authorities for extension of Special temporary authority which has expired on August 24, 2018. We hereby requested the authorities to extend the STA for 180 days, applicant filed the extension application as on August 23, 2018. On February 27, 2018 applicant‘s initial STA request was granted for a transfer of control application ITC— T/C—20160316—00123 that is currently pending with Team Telecom for its review. The STA was set to expire on August 24, 2018, by which time Team Telecom had not completed its review. Applicant filed a STA extension request on August 23, 2018 (ITC—STA—20180823—00164), however applicant inadvertently did not provide a statement, which it is now providing after talking with Commission staff. Applicant has already responded fully to all questions received from Team Telecom in July 2018 i.e. July 9, 2018. The application remains pending with Team Telecom at this time. Applicant is seeking the STA extension pending grant of its transfer of control application, so that it can continue to provide services to its customers in the international telecommunications services market, who are depending on applicant for their telecommunications needs. Applicant acknowledges that the grant of this STA extension request will not prejudice any action that the Commission may take on the underlying transfer of control application. Applicant further acknowledges that the grant of the STA may be revoked by the Commission on its own motion without a hearing. In response of section 63.18(e)(3) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §63.18(e)(3), applicant certifies that it will comply with the terms and conditions off all applicable Commission‘s rules and regulations, as appropriate. The applicant has previously received international authority under Section 214 of the Act. Their license number is ITC—20140128—00033.
