ITC-ASG-20130130-00035, ITC-ASG-20130130-00037, ITC-STA- 20130130-00036, and ITC-STA-20130130-00038 Dear Ms. Dortch: Next Angel LLC (“Next Angel”), by counsel for Next Communications, Inc., herein provides additional information to supplement the above-referenced pending applications for assignment of domestic and international Section 214 authority from STi Prepaid, LLC (“STi Prepaid”) and STi Telecom Inc. (“STi Telecom”) to Next Angel and for Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) to continue providing service to the customers of STi Prepaid and STi Telecom (collectively, “STi”) pending approval of the assignment application. Next Angel has previously reported the ownership of Angel Telecom (USA) Inc. (“Angel Telecom”), which has a 42.5 percent ownership interest in Next Angel. Specifically, Angel Telecom is wholly owned by Angel Telecom Holding AG, a Swiss holding company. Angel Telecom Holding AG is wholly owned by Angel Telecom Corporation, a U.S. holding company.1 Two significant shareholders in Angel Telecom Corporation that will hold an indirect interest in Next Angel of greater than five percent are Helmut Koechler, a citizen of Switzerland, and Peter Waneck, a citizen of Austria. Mr. Koechler will have no management role in Next Angel. Mr. Waneck will be a director on the Next Angel Board of Directors. No other entities or individuals affiliated with Angel Telecom will hold a five percent or greater interest in Next Angel. 1 See Letter from Colleen King to Marlene H. Dortch, File Nos.
