9. Description of Special Temporary Authority Requested.
The applicant has applied for an international section 214 authorization but is a foreign entity with foreign ownership, necessitating a Team Telecom review that will likely delay grant by up to 12 months. With significant investment at stake, and the positions of certain employees dependent on the US services, the applicant requests special temporary authority to provide international services on U.S. routes while Team Telecom undertakes its review. Applicant will fully cooperate with the Team Telecom review process.
