9. Description of Special Temporary Authority Requested.
FLAG Telecom Group Services Limited seeks special temporary authority to acquire Vanco Solutions, Inc. and Vanco US LLC, which hold authorizations from the Commission under Section 214 of the Act, pending Commission review of the applications for consent to transfer of control that are being filed simultaneously herewith.
