("Telenor‘‘) wishes to amend its application for special temporary authority, File No. ITC—STA—20060120—00031, filed Jan. 20, 2006, in order to acknowledge that the grant of this STA will not prejudice any action the Commission may take on the underlying application (File No. ITC—21420051005—0395, filed Oct. 5, 2005 and amended Jan. 9, 2006) seeking Commission 214 authority to operate with the Inmarsat 4F2 satellite. Telenor further acknowledges that this STA can be revoked by the Commission upon its own notice without a hearing.
