International Section 214 Pro Forma Assignment Attachment 1 ATTACHMENT 1 TO FCC ELECTRONIC FORM FOR PRO FORMA ASSIGNMENT OF INTERNATIONAL SECTION 214 AUTHORIZATIONS Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, (“the Act”), 47 U.S.C. § 214, and Sections 63.18 and 63.24 of the Commission’s rules1, Iowa Wireless Services, LLC (“Iowa LLC” or “Assignee”) hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) of the pro forma assignment of the international Section 214 authorization held by its subsidiary, Iowa Wireless Services Holding Corporation (“Iowa Holding” or “Assignor”), as part of an internal corporate transaction that occurred on April 1, 2016. The transaction did not change the ultimate ownership or control of the international Section 214 authorization at issue. Accordingly, the internal corporate transaction was pro forma in nature.
