(“Assignor”) for Grant of Authority to Complete an Assignment of Assets, Customers and International Section 214 Authorization SUPPLEMENT Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of SE Acquisitions, LLC (“SEA”) and pursuant to requests from staff, this letter clarifies (1) that no person or entity directly or indirectly owns or controls 10% or more of Lightyear Network Solutions, Inc. except for LY Holdings, LLC (“LYH”) and the entities and persons that directly or indirectly own or control 10% or more of LYH as described in the Application; and (2) that, except for Lightyear Network Solutions, LLC, SEA is not affiliated with any other telecommunications companies through the persons and entities that directly or indirectly own or control 10% or more SEA. In addition, SEA states that LANJK, LLC is a Kentucky limited liability company and SullivanLY, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company.
