("Consertel") to clarify that Section 214 authorizations, ITC—214—20000519—00306 and ITC—214—19980813—00564, were both held by LATAM Telecomunicaciones, LL.C. {("LATAM") prior to the pro forma assignment transaction described in the above—referenced notification filings. As such, International Bureau staff has advised that only one notification ofproforma assignment filing is necessary. Therefore, Consertel hereby amends its notification filing, ITC— ASG—20051123—00485, to include Section 214 authorization file number ITC—214—20000519— 00306. Further, Consertel hereby withdraws its notification filing, ITC—ASG—20051123—00488.
