(“Applicant”), is not affiliated with a foreign carrier in any destination market; and (2) Applicant does not have any affiliation with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services the Applicant seeks authority to resell (either directly or indirectly through the resale of another reseller's services). Answer to Question 11: Applicant is not a foreign carrier and is not affiliated with any foreign carrier. 1
