Applicant certifies that it will comply with Sections 63.21 and 63.23 of the Commission’s Rules, as appropriate. Section 63.18(e)(3): Other authorizations [Q15] Not applicable. Section 63.18(f): Scope of authority sought Applicant does not seek authority to provide service not referenced under paragraph (e)(2) of Section 63.18 of the Commission’s Rules. Section 63.18(g): Use of facilities [Q15] Not applicable. Applicant is not seeking facilities-based authority. Section 63.18(i): Certification of applicant’s foreign carrier status or affiliation [Q11] Applicant certifies that it is not a foreign carrier, and that it is not affiliated with a foreign carrier.
