Attachment 1 – FCC 214 Application Response to Question 9: Yes. Applicant is seeking streamlined processing procedures provided by paragraphs (a) and (b) of Section 63.12 : Applicant qualifies for streamlined processing as it certifies the following: (1) The applicant is not affiliated with a foreign carrier in a destination market, (2) The applicant does not have an affiliation with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services the applicant seeks authority to resell (either directly or indirectly through the resale of another reseller’s services), (3) The applicant does not seek authority to provide switched basic services over private lines to a country for which the Commission has not previously authorized the provision of switched services over private lines; or (4) The Commission has not informed the applicant in writing, within 14 days after the date of public notice listing the application as accepted for filing, that the application is not eligible for streamlined processing. Response to Question 10: Applicant is not presently applying for authority to provide switched services over private lines pursuant to Section 63.16. Response to Question: 11: Not Applicable. The applicant is not a foreign carrier, nor is it affiliated (as defined in 47 C.F.R. Section 63.09(e)) with a foreign carrier. Response to Question: 12: No. The applicant does not seek authority to provide service to any destination described in paragraphs (1) through (4) of Section 63.18(j). Response to Question: 13: No. The applicant does not seek authority to provide service to any destinations other than those listed in response to question 12 where it has an affiliation with a foreign carrier.
