Brown, who is CEO of Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc., is also CEO of Interactive Holdings, Inc. and Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. Ashley Vukovits, who is the CFO of Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc., is also the Secretary of Interactive Holdings, Inc. and CFO of Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc. Response to Question 15, regarding Section 214 Authority Section 63.18(d) Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. has not previously received and does not currently hold any international authorizations pursuant to Section 214. Section 63.18(e)(3) Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. is an interconnected VoIP provider that will be working with third‐ party carriers and vendors for calling services which will be sold by Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. to business users in the United States. Calls will proceed over the Internet through Interactive Intelligence’s contracted data center space in the United States to elsewhere in the United States and/or to certain international destinations. As part of the services, customers will be allowed to send and receive calls from various international destinations which are supported by the third‐party providers/telecom carriers. Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. is compliant or will comply with the terms and conditions in 63.21, 63.22 and 63.23 as appropriate. Section 63.18(g) Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. understands that “facilities‐based carrier” for purposes of this clause means a carrier holding an ownership, indefeasible‐right‐of‐user, or leasehold interest in bare capacity in the United States end of an international facility, regardless of whether the underlying facility is a common carrier. As such, and as it is not the United States end of an international facility, Interactive Intelligence Telecom, Inc. does not believe this clause is applicable.
