Cuba International Network (CIN) is a start—up Florida LLC. Its sole member is Mr. Barry Pasternak, a U.S. citizen who lives at 2158 Nova Village Drive, Davie, Florida, 333 17. Mr. Pasternak has a 40 year history in the broadcast and telecommunications businesses. Since 1992, Mr. Pasternak has been President of BHP Consultants, a media consulting firm that manages broadcast and multimedia events, ensures multiplatform and multiscreen network delivery, provides content development, delivery and broadcast production services, designs telecom networks and provides strategic planning to media companies. His current clients include NBC and ESPN for their delivery of the 2016 Olympics. (A copy of his full resume is attached hereto.) In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Pasternak served as an advisor to the Clinton Administration through the National Education Telecommunication Organization on the development of the Internet. He has also been an adjunct professor of telecommunications at Nova South Eastern University of Florida and he has worked with Doctors Without Borders on the delivery of telemedicine and distance learning in Cuba. CIN will make its formal request for streamlining, including why it is qualified to request streamlined treatment, if and when the FCC issues an order deleting Cuba from its Exclusion List.
