Other Information Applicant has an interlocking director with a foreign communications carrier. . Mr. Ottati and Mr. Ruvinetti are Directors of Holding, which owns the Applicant’s affiliate VueTel Italia. Mr. Ottati is also the only director at VueTel Italia.
