Unified Signal, Inc. (“Unified Signal”) attests to its qualification for streamlined processing under 63.12 as follows: a) Unified Signal is not a foreign carrier, nor does it control a foreign carrier as defined in Section 63.09(d), in any destination market. b) No two or more foreign carriers, or parties that control foreign carriers, own more that 25% of Unified Signal or are parties to or beneficiaries of a contractual relation affecting the provision or marketing of international basic telecommunications services in the United States. c) No owner of Unified Signal controls a foreign carrier in any country. d) Unified Signal has no affiliation with a dominant US carrier whose international switched or private line services which Unified Signal seeks authority to resell. e) Unified Signal is not requesting authority to provide switched services over private lines to countries not previously authorized for service by the Commission.
