Colt Group S.A. is headquartered in the England and incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg. Currently a Bermuda company has a 16.51% interest in Colt Group S.A. The above listed applications will be placed on Accepted for Filing Public Notice to be released on January 2, 2015, and will be eligible for auto—grant on January 16, 2015.
