ATTACHMENT 1 1. Applicant respectfully requests streamlined processing of this Application pursuant to Section 63.12 of the Commission’s Rules. 47. C.F.R. 63.12. This Application qualifies for streamlined processing for the following reasons: (a) Applicant is not affiliated with a foreign carrier on any route for which authority is sought; (b) Applicant is not affiliated with any dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private lines services it seeks to resell; and (c) Applicant is not requesting authority to provide switched service of private lines to countries not previously authorized for service by the Commission. This is in response to Question 9. 2. Applicant is a foreign carrier, but is not affiliated with any other foreign carriers. Applicant is only a foreign carrier in its domestic country of Canada. The Applicant does not control any additional foreign carriers in Canada or in any country. No entity owns more than 25% of the Applicant. The company's sole officer, director, and shareholder is its Chief Executive Officer, Dudley Brenner. The Applicant lacks market power in Canada. The Applicant will provide telecommunications service solely through the resale of an unaffiliated U.S. facilities-based carrier's international switched services, therefore it qualifies for non-dominant classification pursuant to § 63.10. This is in response to Question 11. 3. Applicant does seek to provide international telecommunications service to Canada where Applicant is a foreign carrier. This is in response to Question 12.
