Airvoice Wireless LLC International 214 July 2013 ATTACHMENT 1 Application for Authority to Provide International Resold Services Pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1996 and Section 63.18 of the FCC’s Rules. Response to Question 9: Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.12, the applicant, Airvoice Wireless LLC (“AVW”) respectfully requests streamlined processing for the instant Section 214 application. AVW qualifies for such streamlined processing since none of the exceptions established in 47 C.F.R. § 63.12(c) applies: 1) AVW is not affiliated with a foreign carrier; and 2) AVW is not affiliated with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services the applicant seeks authority to resell (either directly or indirectly through the resale of another reseller’s services). Therefore, AVW qualifies for streamlined processing pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 63.12. Response to Question 10: Not Applicable. Response to Question 11: Not Applicable.
