Hi Mike,

As we discussed, Long Lines needs to file a request for Special Temporary Authority (STA). The filing must be made
electronically through IBFS.

The request should explain why it is in the public interest to grant special temporary authority e.g., to avoid a
discontinuance of service to customers while the Commission considers underlying application).

The STA request should explain the cireumstances leading to the need for an STA.

The request should also address what steps are being taken by the parties to ensure future compliance with Commission
rules and regulations.

The STA request also should state specifically that:

"The parties acknowledge that the grant of this STA will not prejudice any action the Commission may take on the
underlying application. The parties further acknowledge that this STA can be modified or revoked by the Commission
upon its own motion without a hearing."

The STA request should also state how long the STA is requested for.
