ATTACHMENT 1 Before the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of: ) C3 Teknologies, LLC ) Application Under Section ) 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, ) As Amended, for Global Authority For the Provision ) File No. _____________________ Of Resold International ) Switched Services Between the U.S. and Various ) International Points ) C3 Teknologies, LLC attests to its qualification for streamlined processing under 63.12 as follows: a) C3 Teknologies, LLC is not a foreign carrier, nor does it control a foreign carrier as defined in Section 63.09(d), in any destination market. b) No two or more foreign carriers, or parties that control foreign carriers, own more than 25% of C3 Teknologies, LLC, or are parties to or beneficiaries of a contractual relation affecting the provision or marketing of international basic telecommunications services in the United States. c) No owner of C3 Teknologies, LLC controls a foreign carrier in any country. d) C3 Teknologies, LLC has no affiliation with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services C3 Teknologies, LLC seeks authority to resell. e) C3 Teknologies, LLC is not requesting authority to provide switched services over private lines to countries not previously authorized for service by the Commission. C3 Teknologies, LLC responds to 63.18 (d) and (e) as follows: (d) C3 Teknologies, LLC has not received previous authority under Section 214. (e) C3 Teknologies, LLC requests Section 214 Authority to operate as a resale carrier pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(2).
