Applicant does not have any interlocking directorates with a foreign carrier. See 47. C.F.R. § 63.18(h). Item 15. The Applicant has never previously received international Section 214 authority. See 47 C.F.R. § 63.18(d). The Applicant is not applying for authority to acquire facilities or provide services not covered by Section 63.18(e)(1) (global facilities) or Section 63.18(e)(2) (global resale). See 47 C.F.R. § 63.18(e)(3), (g). As such Section 63.18(g) is inapplicable.
