Sonic Telecom, LLC International 214 Application Attachment 1 Attachment 1 Response to Question 9 and 47 C.F.R. § 63.12 Sonic Telecom, LLC (“Sonic”) requests streamlined processing of this Application under Section 63.12 of the Commission’s rules, as its application raises no foreign-ownership, competition, or other public-interest concerns that would warrant scrutiny outside of the Commission’s streamlined approval procedures. Streamlined processing is appropriate because Sonic is not a foreign carrier and is not affiliated with any foreign carrier (much less any foreign carrier with market power on the foreign end). Moreover, Sonic is not affiliated with any dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services Sonic seeks to resell. Finally, as noted in Attachment 2, Sonic has no cognizable direct or indirect foreign ownership.
