(“Unison” or “the Company”), I submit the following letter to surrender the company’s Section 214 authorization. In support of this request, Unison provides the following information: Name and Address of Carrier: Unison Communications, Inc. 424 W. 33rd Street Suite 410 New York, NY 10001 Unison does not provide telecommunications services to any customers. The Company is considered non-dominant with respect to the affected telecommunications services. Therefore the public convenience and necessity will not be adversely affected by the discontinuance of these services since there are alternative providers of these services. The surrender of the international section 214 authorization of Unison Communications, Inc. is to be effective immediately.
