Dear Mr. Magallanes,

Thank you for the information you have provided for WX Communications. As our review progresses,
we have the following additional questions:

1. How will WX Communications comply with CALEA requirements?

2. How will WX Communications execute pen/trap and wiretap orders?

3. The previous response to question 6 in Section II indicated that TELFX‘s documents will be stored in
the US, but no addresses were provided for the storage locations. Please provide this information and
include all storage locations.

Thank you for your assistance and please let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Joanne Ongman
