Please be advised that DOUJ/FBI/DHS have NO OBJECTION to the FCC‘s grant of special temporary authorization (STA) in ITC—STA—20080527—00240 involving FLAG—Vanco PROVIDED, however, that DOJ, FBI and DHS reserve their right to comment on the underlying applications seeking FCC approval ofthe transfer of control of Vanco to FLAG in T/C 200800527—00239 and T/C 20080527—00241. 3. DOJ/FBI/DHS have NO OBJECTION to approval of the transfer of control related to Vizada, Inc. described in ISP—PDR—20080501—00011; SES—T/C:—20080307—00254 & 00255 referenced in EB Letter 08—18 PROVIDED that this response applies ONLY to the transfer of control and NOT to the grant of Vizada‘s pending BGAN service/section 214 applications. 4. We have prepared a Deferral Letter in SES—T/C—20080501—00520 — Spacenet Services License Sub, Inc. — referenced in EB Letter 08—20 to be emailed to you shortly, and request your assistance in filing this letter. 5. In addition, we are making a filing this week in Hughes Communications, Inc., referenced in EB letter 2007—55, and will request your assistance in making this filing.
