Specifically, AST requests that the Commission: 1) approve the current foreign ownership interests held directly in eLandia, Inc. Specifically, the TPE Consortium seeks to add AT&T Corp. (ATTC) as a licensee on the TPE cable. ATTC will join the TPE Consortiumand acquire a 9.43% interest in the international waters segments of the TPE cable.
