Ms. Ongman,

The following is to confirm our telephone conversation. Please note that the company is still interested in the
FCC 214 Authority. We were hoping to have the answers to the triage questions today instead of just an
indication of interest as the actual requirement of your October 7, 2008 email. Additional time up until next Friday
is requested per the client to provide additional data on equipment and other items they wish to include.

Please accept this as an indication of applicant‘s interest in continuing with application process as required by
your October 6, 2008 email.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me either by telephone or email.
