Mikelle:

Per your e—mail below, FCC sent letters to ten applicants notifying them that they must advise FCC on the status of their
applications with the Executive Branch agencies. | believe the deadline expired on March 18 — can we expect some (if
not all) of these applications to be dismissed via public notice in the near future?

Also, according to our records, the Executive Branch agencies have not received responses from several other applicants
— would FCC be willing to send similar letters to the below listed applicants? It would be helpful for us to be able to clear

Subject: RE: Eymol Corp. — AB Email to FCC & Team Telecom — RE: Dismissal Notice

Mr. Beyene,

On March 31, 2008, 1 sent a letter to Mr. Eybar Molina, with a copy to Mathew Schulman, Regnum Group, regarding the
pending international section 214 application filed by Eymol Corp. —— 1TC—214—20061013—00470.. That letter requested that
Mr. Molina inform the FCC no later than April 21, 2008 of the status of the application in the Executive Branch review
process and to confirm that Eymol continued to seek Commission action on the application. It specifically advised the
applicant that fatlureto respond would subject the application to dismissal

The FCC did not receive any correspondence from either Eymol or Regnum Group by April 21, 2008 as requested. Infact
the letter that we mailed to Mr. Molina was returned by the U.S. Postal Service. While Regnum Group now informs us
that Eymol provided information to the Executive Branch, neither Eymol nor Regnum Group copled the FCC on that
correspondence or provided any other correspondence to the FCC by the April 21, 2008 date. Based on the failure of
either the applicant or Regnum Group on behalf of the applicant to respond to the FCC, on May 14, 2008 we dismnissed
the application from Eymol without prejudice to re—filing.

If Eymol continues to seek international section 214 authority to provide telecommunication service, it may file a new
application pursuant to the Commission‘s rules.
