Attachment 1 Response to Question #9 The Applicant qualifies for streamlined processing because: {1) The applicant is not affiliated with a foreign carrier in a destination market. (2) The applicant does not have an affiliation with a dominant U.S. carrier whose international switched or private line services the applicant seeks authority to resell (either directly or indirectly through the resale of another reseller‘s services.) Response to Question #10 The Applicant is not applying for authority to provide switched services over private lines pursuant to Section 63.16 Response to Question #11 The Applicant is not a foreign carrier nor is it affiliated with a foreign carrier. Response to Question #12 The Applicant is not a foreign carrier in any other country nor does it control a foreign carrier in any other country. The applicant, nor any entity that owns more than 25 percent of the applicant, or that controls the applicant, controls a foreign carrier in any other country. There are not two or more foreign carriers (or parties that control foreign carriers) that own, in the aggregate, more than 25 percent of the applicant and are parties to, or the beneficiaries of, a contractual relation affecting the provision or marketing of international basic telecommunications services in the United States.
