(“BTCI”) hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) that BTCI respectfully surrenders the above-referenced International 214 Authorization effective immediately. BTCI was granted international 214 authorization on June 8, 2011 in IB File No. ITC-214-20010511-00282. BTCI has always operated as a private carrier. BTCI currently does not provide, and has never provided, international telecommunications services and has no customers for international telecommunications service. Consequently, BTCI has had no international telecommunications service customers within the past thirty days. Therefore, there are and were no customers to be notified in accordance with Section 63.19(a)(1) of the Commission’s Rules, and no customer notification is attached to this letter.
