Specifically, counsel for Mr. Robb is unable to verify that the courtesy email copy of the Petition was successfully sent as indicated on the Certificate of Service. Since the email is a courtesy and not a requirement and, since the service copy was in fact sent via U.S. Mail as indicated, Mr. Robb submits the instant Erratum to indicate that the reference to delivery of the Petition bye-mail may be incorrect and should be disregarded.
