Application

Interactive Marketing Technologies, Inc. ("IV       ), hereby requests authority, pursuant to
Section 214 of the Communications Act of19          , as amended, 47 U.S.C. Section 214 (1982),
and Section 63.18 of the Commiission‘s Rules        ? C.F.R. Section 63.18, to provide global
international facilities—based and resale service   etween the United States and international
points.

IMT is a new U.S. company organized to prox         > international telecommunications services.
IMT has no foreign affiliations. IMT serves bi      iess customers throughout the United States.

By granting this application, the Commission        1 serve the public interest, convenience and
necessity by promoting competition in the inte      itional services market. Competition will
benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service «      ions and lowering prices. Thus, the public
interest will be served by the grant of Section :   | authority to IMT.

Section 63.18 Information

The following information is submitted, as required by Section 63.18 of the Commussion‘s
Rules, in support of IMT‘s request for authorization.

   terms and conditions of Section 63.18(e)(1) ande(2) of the Commission‘s Rules.

f)    At this time, IMT seeks no other authorization available under Section 63.18(e).

g) Not applicable.

h) IMT certifies that it is not affiliated with any foreign or U.S. facilities—based carrier.

sole shareholder that controls ten percent or more of IMT, Inc. is as follows:

pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug Abuse Act of 1988.
