By granting this application, the Commission will serve the public interest by promoting competition in the international services market. Competition will benefit U.S. consumers by increasing service options and lowering prices. Therefore, Meritech Integration Corp. believes that granting this Application public interest, convenience and necessity will be served by enhancing competition. Thus, the public interest will be served by the grant of Section 214 authority to Meritech.
